Busy as a Bee!

I have been very busy with my sewing!
I was asked again this year to make/donate a quilt for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. I was given purple hankerchiefs and did a design with those dark purple kerchiefs and paied it with Light purple the back was black. I think it turned out pretty well but since it was my first of this 'strategy' I could have done the layout different.
I was also asked to make a baby quilt for one of the 'On the go for Joe' team leaders she is due near the time of the Relay. I used a cute fabric I picked out and the purple kerchiefs. She is having a boy so inorder to incorporate the purple I used blue fabric along with the print!

The Susan G. Komen breast cancer walk is next weekend, I was asked and donated another quilt on behalf of MMP to raise money for the event. This year I used the same layout design as the ACS quilt but used yellow hankerchiefs and paired it with white, inside of the white I put pictures on it from previous races of people from MMP.
On top of all the I have been preparing for upcoming Mom to Mom sales. I have one April 17th and one May 1st. So in light of that I decided to make some of my baby quilts to try to sell them at the sales. I have 8 made and figure that should be enough, if I run out I can take orders from people!

Or and if I forgot to mention, I did all of this before my foot surgery-which was TODAY!!!!
Lucky for me it was my left foot so I can still sew after about a week or so I figure, I have lots more baby quilts to make before May 1st!
So again I say, I have been a busy sewing Bee!!!
